Hello 2022

Personally, I think it is time to be done with 2021! I don’t know about you but I am ready for a new year and all it has to offer us!

With the new year quickly approaching, you, like many, might be thinking out with the old and in with the new. Perhaps you’re thinking about changes you wish to make and resolutions you’d like to set. If so, before you do, spend some time reflecting on what it is you are hoping for this new year.

If you are making a resolution(s) in the new year, I encourage you to focus on;

what do you want more of this year?

Instead of resolving to give things up, doing “less” or something, depriving or restricting yourself, talk to yourself with kindness and treat yourself to what you love.

What if the fastest way to achieve the things you desire this new year is to do more of what makes you feel good?!

One of the easiest ways to help you improve your current situation is to begin by engaging in things that make you happy.

Here are some “feel good” things I am planning to add to my life or continue doing MORE of this new year:

● Incorporate 20-30 minutes of yoga daily 

● Listen to inspiring podcast while folding laundry or preparing dinner

● Continue walking outside each day

● Begin each morning with 5 minutes of quiet stretching and intention setting before getting out of bed 

I encourage you to think about little things you can do to add more joy and “feel good” to your day.

Many of us spend a great deal of energy worrying about the things we don’t have or perseverating on the things that we have but don’t want.

Make sure as 2022 begins you are focusing all your energy on what you want (not on what you don’t want)! Trust me, it’s as simple as that!

Lastly, I wanted to take one more opportunity to thank all of you for your support this past year. While 2021 has been challenging in lots of ways, I have been blessed to share with so many amazing people my love for energy healing and sound therapy. It truly has been a privilege to work with so many incredible people, and I am so excited and eager to continue this work in the new year!
